The heating batteries are made for a customer's order only.

Flanged heating batteries are used in water heaters and containers produced by manufacturers where hot water cylinders are adapted to fix heating elements with 1¹/₂" flange.
Operational status is indicated by control lights. Double capillary thermostat holds the temperature at the selected level. In the event of uncontrolled temperature exceeding - over 90^oC - thermal safety cut-out (second capillary) breaks the circuit. Reset button is placed on the rear side of the thermostat.

Flanged immersion heaters

Heating batteries are mounted on a flange provided by the customer. The flange diameter should be not less than 290/210 mm (outer/inner diameter - 210 mm is the distance required for heating elements)

Heating battery unit consists of a set of heating elements, temperature control system and supplying cable with 3-phase plug.
