flexible heaters In-line heating cables (PGS) are the flexible heating elements made of Kanthal wire coil wound on a glass-silk cord. The outer insulation is silikone. They are characterised by high flexibility, and a wide range of working temperatures, excellent dielectric properties and resistance to different chemicals. Flexible heaters are used in heating equipment, i.e. towel rails and other low-temperature installations (e.g. anti frosting, anti freezing systems).
General characteristic: work medium : air, water, solid bodies operation temperature : to 150oC rated voltage : from 24V to 240V wattage (according to a medium and ambient temperature) up to 25W/metre diameter : Ø 3,1 mm | heating cable type | resistance Ohm/m |
