These heaters are normally applied in plastic injection moulding machines and plastic extruding machines.
They are produced in two versions, one with mica insulation - mica clamp heaters and the other with ceramic insulation - ceramic clamp heaters. The versions differ with possible surface loads; the mica has the lower surface load (up to 4W/cm²) and the ceramic one being the higher, is (up to 9W/cm²). Both are shielded with stainless steel sheet.

Electrical terminals (negotiable) : NVS cable (heat-resistant up to 400^oC ; standard length 200mm), ceramic iron socket, screw terminals, two-way ceramic terminal blocks.
Terminals can be shielded with sheet metal.
